How is after-sales service guaranteed? What is the response time after a malfunction?
We have a professional after-sales team providing 24-hour online service. We will respond as soon as possible after receiving customer inquiries or malfunction reports; for operational issues, we can provide a solution within 2 hours. For small equipment, online after-sales guidance is the primary method, while for large equipment, we can arrange for technicians to provide on-site repairs.
Can you provide on-site testing or trial services for the equipment?
Yes. If required, we can arrange for professional technicians to conduct on-site testing and debugging of the equipment to verify whether its performance meets the usage requirements. We also support customers visiting our factory to observe the equipment production process and witness a demonstration of its operation.
What are the responsibilities and procedures for handling equipment damage during transportation?
We are responsible for the safety of the equipment during transportation. If the equipment is damaged due to transportation, we will repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge after verification. We will also purchase transportation insurance for the equipment in advance. In case of accidents, the rights of both parties can be protected through insurance claims. Dedicated personnel will follow up on all matters throughout the process.
What is the typical production cycle for customized equipment?
The production cycle for customized equipment depends on the complexity of the solution. For standard customized models (such as voltage adaptation or size optimization), the production cycle is 15-30 days; for complex customized solutions (such as entirely new structural designs or special function development), the production cycle is 30-60 days. The specific cycle will be clearly stated in the customization contract, and we will strictly adhere to the agreed-upon timeline for production and delivery.
Different countries have different voltage standards; will the equipment be compatible?
Yes. We can customize an electrical system to match the voltage standards (e.g., 110V, 220V, 380V, etc.) of the customer’s country, along with the corresponding plug specifications. When placing an order, customers only need to provide their country or specific voltage parameters, and we will complete the adaptation and debugging during the production process to ensure the equipment functions properly.
Does your company’s equipment meet international industry standards and export certifications?
Our equipment meets internationally recognized industry standards, and our export models have obtained multiple international certifications, including CE, ISO, and FDA (specific certifications depend on the requirements of the exporting country). Each exported piece of equipment comes with complete certification documentation to ensure smooth passage through customs inspection in the importing country. We can provide copies of the corresponding certifications upon customer request.
How can I verify the quality of your company’s products and manufacturing capabilities?
Customers can verify in three ways: First, schedule an on-site factory visit to tour the production workshop, testing process, and finished product display area; second, review our third-party quality testing reports, production qualification certificates, and past cooperation cases; third, a video call will allow you to view the factory and company offices, where our sales staff will answer any questions you may have.
